The
National Panhellenic Conference,
founded in 1902, is an umbrella organization for 26
international women's fraternities and sororities. Each member
group is autonomous as a social, Greek-letter society of college
women and alumnae. Members are represented on more than 620
college and university campuses in the United States and Canada
and in over 4,800 alumnae associations, involving over 3.5
million women. An
Alumnae Panhellenic Association is a community based
organization, affiliated with the National Panhellenic
Conference, whose membership is composed of representative
alumnae from National Panhellenic Conference member group fraternities.

Mission of the National Panhellenic Conference
The
National Panhellenic Conference supports it women's fraternities
by promoting values, education, leadership, friendships,
cooperation and citizenship.
